Homemade Breast and Belly Balm

For a natural, and affordable, option for sore nipples or itchy belly.

All ingredients are safe for both mother and baby.

Breast and Belly Balm:

In a cleaned and sanitized mason jar:

Pour coconut oil to 1/3 of the jar. Coconut oil has a low melting point, and while solid in the jar, will melt with the heat of your hands.

Pour 1/5 of the jar worth of jojoba oil. Jojoba oil is a great moisturizer for dry and sensitive skin due to it’s hypo-allergenic & anti-inflammatory benefits. Jojoba is safe for use on nipples, as it is non-toxic to babies.

Pour in 6-9 drops of lavender oil. Lavender is a calming scent and safe for use.

Pour in 3-6 drops of orange or sweet orange oil..

Pour in 1-3 drops of tea tree oil. This is largely optional as I personally prefer the smell of tea tree- I find it quite calming.

It is the final stage of dating, and is a very real “leveling up” of your life, your future, and your taxes. Which is beautiful.

And honestly, you may find the one person you want to share tax returns with, after second or third (or n-th) time. That’s beautiful too.
